DOCUMENTATION & CONVEYANCE

We prepare various kinds of deeds for conveyance of title or confirmation of title to the property or for lease / rent / mortgage of property like Sale Deed, Sale Agreement, Partition Deed, Gift Deed, Release Deed, Relinquishment Deed, Mortgage Deed, Lease Deed, Will, etc. Apart from the documents relating to conveyance, we also undertake drafting of agreements as per the clients requirements and in accordance with the existing laws..

BANKING LAW

We deal with cases concerning disputes amongst the bank and its members, debt recovery, provide legal opinions on various queries related to law.

FAMILY LAW

We offer counselling to our clients with matrimonial disputes and make efforts for reconciliation. We also deal with mutual consent and contested divorce cases, issues relating to the guardianship of the child/ward, maintenance cases, domestic violence cases.

REGISTRATION

We assist in registration of marriage at the Sub-Registrar office and keep all the necessary paper work required for the registration. We also assist and help our clients in getting the agreements/deeds registered at the Office of the Sub - Registrar by getting the valuation of the property and informing the clients well in advance about the stamp duty, cess and registration charges payable at the Sub - Registrar Office for registration of documents.

PROPERTY LAW

We conduct title scrutiny for properties all across Karnataka. We also deal with all kinds of cases concerning to the properties like, eviction, rent, injunction, declaration, land acquisition, probate and succession, etc.

LEGAL ADVICE AND OPINIONS

We provide opinions on various legal issues relating to property laws, banking laws, family laws, labour laws, etc.

LITIGATION

We deal with civil cases, criminal cases, cheque dishonour cases (Negotiable Instruments Act) matrimonial cases, cases relating to cooperative societies, consumer cases, etc., at various forums including District Courts of Urban and Rural Bangalore, Metropolitan Magistrate Courts, District Consumer Forums at Bangalore, Karnataka State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, High Court of Karnataka, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Labour Commission and Courts and Family Court.
